Aniwae i missed the new year...
slept at 11 30pm which was 10 30pm in indonesia...
wanted to wait till midnight but cannot tahan already coz
of hari raya haji celebrations at mi cousin's place..
so i slept in 2006 and woke up in 2007 hor.. wah seyyy
1 year leh
okok LAME...

the gist of the trip,

not much really,
coz it was purely family visiting and shopping plus a little sight seeing
but what sight seeing can you do in jakarta huh...
it was fun though coz the malls are hugeee and stuffs there are ORIGINAL but CHEAP!!

went to planet hollywood..
no change.

you come back 10 years later also no change..
slow paced country lah..
just like their dramas on tv... you miss 2 or 3 episodes also nvm..
the story hasn't moved yet..
they need like 2 episodes to slap each other.. kk lame again

New year celebrations there is sooo different than in spore
people will go to the beach and bbq
or go to the town area and blow their home made trumpets when the clock strikes midnight!!
its sooo fun!
and not forgetting the fireworks..
but the massive jam.. haiyo..
realli man.. thats why its sooo leceh to travel in jakarta..
Once i felt like peeing in the car.. but how?
if I had Mr. Dick, i woud have done it in a bottle.. lol

their hari raya haji celebrations is somewhat like spore..
i watched the qurban (slaughtering of sheeps or goats or cows)
moooooo...
there was this cow who refused to be slaughtered
and it pounced on the guy who was suppose to do the slaughtering..
it was tt strong.. scary man .. everyone ran away like mad.. hahaha
hilarious!!

i couldnt bear the sight but we're not suppose to feel pity on the animal..
its wrong.
coz we're suppose to cook and eat the meat..
some of the goats cried..
but they all knew that their death is an honour.
and they all knew they were going to a better place...

oh ya, i found this weird looking bread at GIANT.

went to LIPPO shopping mall
and there's a roller coaster in the mall itself
there's like a mini amusement park in it..
i find it pretty cool...

how was the new yr celebration here?

like as if i left the country for a year..
still, it felt long though without the internet some more...
i feel so helpless.. lol

the night before i had to leave for spore,
heard the news that ADAM AIR crashed..
you know how scared i was!!!
you can't imagine..
my whole family was taken aback!
coz we had a plane to catch the next day!!
ahhhh but luckily all went smoothly..
alhamdulillah...

alrighty then,
i'll stop here..
And tmr sch begins..
i dread school but i wanna see mi frends!!
haha..

hopefully 2007, would be a blast!!
a long list of resolutions for me.
cant wait!
